I really needed that! I appreciated Keri's kind care and attention. The only things that brought the experience down to a 4 star, rather than the 5 are the noise from outside the room, such as the toilet driers, and the room was a little too cool.

The best facial I’ve ever had. A very calm place in the centre of Faversham on a busy Saturday morning. I particularly loved the banana & coconut mask. Louisa had helped me to totally relax & feel wonderful - thank you.

Lou has a lovely set up in Faversham for facials. I left feeling truly relaxed and my skin felt incredible. Was great to get an understanding of my skin type and how to take care of it. Well worth the money. Thanks Lou.

My dog had a nail trim today, our first visit to Demi and she cut them really well! Tom (my dog) was so happy and he was really comfortable with her. Really pleased and found our new groomer!! ☺️

This was my puppy’s first groom and Demi done an amazing job. I was anxious as I didn’t want my puppy to be cut too short. I trusted her and the end result was excellent. She always makes my dogs feel so relaxed and calm. I was so happy with the cut and care and I would never go anywhere else. She is so experienced with all types of dogs that I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone. Thank you Demi once again for doing a brilliant job
