My first time visiting this salon, I loved the vibe of the space, very welcoming and fresh - Thia was my stylist for the appointment and she was very nice and let me know each step what she was going to be doing - my hair feels so much healthier after a well needed visit. I've always been a walk-in customer, happy to go with whoever was available the fastest. But after stumbling across Dan at Goulds Barbers, I won’t go anywhere else. His attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. Every cut is spot on. What really stood out to me was the way he took care of the elderly customers. He was patient, kind, and made sure they were comfortable throughout their visit. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and is clearly passionate about what he does. If you're looking for a quality barber in Downham Market, I can't recommend Dan enough.

The booking service works really well for me and I can arrange hair cuts around work commitments. Barber was brilliant a lovely guy ( Koza I think his name was) and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.

The Remedy Room is a wonderful find, just on the outskirts of Downham Market. I visited today for the first time, but it will not be the last. The room itself is calming and inviting (in addition to being beautifully decorated) and the treatment was amazing. Tracey makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you arrive. She has definitely created a tranquil retreat.

Excellent salon love my treatments with Amanda always friendly efficient and professional. Salon is smart, clean and welcoming. So pleased we have this salon in Downham Market.

My experience at the watt was incredible! The salon is gorgeous and doesn’t feel like you’re in Downham Market at all, it’s very nicely decorated, unique and spacious. The space itself is extremely clean and well looked after. My appointment was with Myah. Myah is an absolute credit to the establishment. She gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of style and cut.
