Hi I’m giving Lydia 5* as she is very professional at her job. Excellent eyelashes and Lydia is always very polite. I’ve knocked one star off the overall experience as when I was having my treatment all I could hear was hairdryers running and chatting even with both doors closed. That spoilt my relaxing treatment. Let’s hope this can be rectified as the noise is very off putting for the customer.

Iain explained what my issues were and what the process was going be and how that would work He is clearly very knowledgeable but doesn’t confuse you with science I fully understood everything he said and why I have the issues I have. He assessed me and then carried out the treatment which was great. Gave me advice for recovery and we talked about future treatments. Really enjoyed the process and will definitely use again for my after training recovery.

Emily and the team were so friendly too and the salon has such a lovely feel and you can tell the girls are close friends because it was just a very comfortable atmosphere!
