Such a wonderful experience at the salon. Both Emily and Jodie were so friendly and the salon has such a lovely atmosphere. Jodie took excellent care with my hair. She talked me through what she was doing and what would be best for my hair. She’s also given me lots of advice regarding the after care and upkeep of my hair which is so so useful! I will definitely be returning!

Hi I’m giving Lydia 5* as she is very professional at her job. Excellent eyelashes and Lydia is always very polite. I’ve knocked one star off the overall experience as when I was having my treatment all I could hear was hairdryers running and chatting even with both doors closed. That spoilt my relaxing treatment. Let’s hope this can be rectified as the noise is very off putting for the customer.

Amazing, as always! Jodie and Emily always go above and beyond and are so friendly and welcoming. Jodie has done a fantastic job with my hair. Always communicating with me, asking what I want out of my appointment and does everything with great care and attention to detail. Jodie is very conscious about doing what is best for your hair and because of her, my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. Thank you!

My appointment today was for eyelash infills with Lydia. I travel from Accrington as Lydia did my wedding makeup in 2022 and she is definitely a perfectionist and I will continue booking in with Lydia. My lashes look natural but a lot fuller and I get lots of compliments on them. Lydia always makes my visits personal, catching up since my last appointment. She’s one in a million and a real asset to Brookside Beauty Salon. Thank you xx
