Gorgeous new studio but the same old Kate! The one who tries desperately to pull off wide eyed innocence when she tries to sneak in the white and you say "that's spicy, you started the white already?" 🤣 In all seriousness though, she is warm, welcoming, friendly and puts you at ease straight away. I have been using this hairdresser for many of years all the girls are brilliant and would definitely recommend this hairdresser for all your hair needs no 1 in coalville

I have been doing Toning Tables at Alastair & Dawn’s Toning Emporium twice a week for over 15 yrs. I am a relatively fit 90 year old woman & my sessions keep me that way. I had full knee replacement in 2021 & the exercises helped me with my recovery. If you have any kind of problems e.g. back, knees, shoulders, Alastair will guide you Into the correct exercises on the toning tables or in the gym to help. He also does massages & beauty treatments etc. Just telephone & speak to Alastair for his advice.
