Heidi was wonderful. She removed a skin tag from my son’s arm with such care, reassurance, and professionalism. She made him feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and the whole process was quick and comfortable. We’re really grateful — highly recommend her.

georgia is so friendly and remembers everything you talk to her about and always asks how you are and follows up on what you talked about. she is also very gentle and quick and knowledgeable with the lashes. i just lay back relax and let her work her magic! xx
