Sheena Glen is a miracle worker! I’ve been suffering dull, aching headaches and lots of stiffness in my head and neck for months now. Sheena concentrated on my neck and shoulders to try and loosen up some very tight muscles. She also explained that all the tension and tightness was no doubt contributing to my headaches alongside the possibly of my sleep position and poor posture ( phone neck!) We discussed a treatment plan going forward and this morning I woke up with no headache which is a first in months! I’vehad CST with Sheena before and I find it really helpful with sleep and menopause.

Lovely wee salon. Friendly staff and always a great experience. Krissy is great at advising me on the best treatment/cut for my hair type on the day. Calum, the owner, always makes time to say “hello, how are you?” no matter how busy he is. Always leave feeling happy. Went to the Kilmarnock salon and followed them to Ayr 16+years ago.

Had a fantastic experience with lovely Chloe who did my daughter and my hair up styles. We were visiting Ayr for a wedding on the Sunday 1st Oct. So glad Phoenix was recommended to us. Would definitely book again when I’m next up in Ayr. Also want to mention Charlie who did our makeup. We were both thrilled with how she did our makeup for the wedding. Truly an amazing experience with Georgia. She has taken everything I have dreamed about for my nails and brought it to life. I can't think of another artist I would now trust with my nails over Georgia. Not only is her attention to detail fantastic, but she truly cares about the health and structure of your nails and ensures all is being done to keep them healthy and strong whilst expressing yourself through her creative and unique designs that I have never seen in a Salon on Ayr before. She has truly earned herself a customer for life and I would follow her anywhere 🧚‍♀️

i’ve been seeing sheena for over a year now for massage to treat an ongoing back issue. i cannot recommend her enough 🤩 a warm, gentle, welcoming person who is great at what she does. i also tried craniosacral therapy with her for the first time recently and loved how relaxed i felt afterwards. sheena is the best!
