Karen is a true expert! She always goes the extra mile to understand exactly what you want, and she delivers every time! And the most amazing service. From the first time I visited KGS, I’ve felt so at home there. It’s a joy to be in her chair!

Karen greats you at the door with the most welcome smile and warmth. The entire service is calm and never rushed. Giving time for you to express your hair plan. And then you sit back and relax as she does all the work. I leave feeling all the confidence to take on the world.
