Tayla was very kind and had gentle hands, which is great for a sensitive scalp! She made sure to ask me throughout my cut if I wanted to change anything and gave me exactly what I asked for! The salon is super cute with a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

Kim is the best stylist I've ever had! She was thoughtful and skilled, and she matched the hairstyle I wanted perfectly! The salon was clean and all of the staff were very friendly, I would highly recommend Grace Beauty Salon!💕

I'm still questioning your late fee for the following reasons: 1. If you don't belong to Facebook or Instagram you can't get on to Fresha; 2. You had 54 hrs notice of my change not 24; 3. It's not my fault that Grace Salon closes at 3:00 on Saturday and remains closed on Sunday and Monday. I was forced to use a telephone call on Saturday afternoon. The call was not received until Tuesday. This applies to Transaction 7302305 on July 23, 2024. Perhaps you need to review your policy and relationship with Fresha.

Tayla did such a great job with my hair & we had such a lovely conversation. I thought it was neat that at Grace, they check the apprentice’s work before you go. I’ve had my hair cut at other salons, and not had my hair checked after an apprentice cut it - so this was nice to see that they care about their apprentice’s learning experience (and their client’s experience, too!)
