This was my 3rd hor oil treatment with Mayur. Each time the treatments are adapted to one's needs and the state one is in. It is not only the physical improvement in mobility but the inner bodily functions that improve. Less pain and inner calm. I recommend highly

I just had the most incredible Ayurvedic full body Abhyanga massage at the westminister spa! The skilled therapist worked magic on my muscles, easing tension and leaving me feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated. That’s saying a lot for mom of 5-year old twin boys! The warm oil and gentle strokes were pure bliss. I floated out of there feeling like a new person! Highly recommend.
