There isn't a place that can provide the same experience when booking a facial. Everything is perfect from the moment you arrive until the time comes to leave. Zandri pays incredible atttention to small details. The room is warm, the blankets are plush, she is not shy when it comes to using product, with every touch you feel valued and appreciated. I left the salon looking dewy and feeling renewed. Once you've experienced her facial treatments, you have experienced the best there is.

I've been looking for a place where the atmosphere is warm and friendly and I found it at Total Concept Salon and Spa. The Facial was so amazing that it relaxed me and I actually fell asleep and the massage and foot soak and scrub was a real treat and thank you to each Therapist that assisted me and my sister. We are amazed and relaxed we both needed this treatments because we've needed to destress and just haven't found the right place that can do the treatments properly .we will definitely come back again

The experience was really good they were really friendly, and it went pretty quick. The wax itself was sore, but that's to be expected and it was my first time waxing too so I didn't quite know what to expect. That said although sore it wasn't unbearable and knowing it will be smooth a lot longer than when I shave definitely makes it worth it.
