I want to compliment The Herbal Nail Salon for their excellent services. The salon is always clean, filled with vibrant colors, and offers a variety of pedicure packages, nail designs, and more. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Both times I’ve gone, I’ve requested Tracy as my nail technician and Vanessa as my pedicure technician — and both women are absolutely amazing! They work so hard to provide great quality and service, and I always leave feeling relaxed and cared for. Thank you for making my experiences so Relaxing and Welcoming!

The atmosphere at this salon is really comfortable, I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and the service is consistently great.. Vanessa gives the BEST pedicures - the massage is phenomenal! Tracy always does a fantastic job with my dip manicures, very detail oriented and really pays attention to what I’m wanting. Both ladies really pay attention to the service they’re giving and don’t miss a thing. I love coming here, it’s my little bit of me-time.

Went at 10am right at opening and was able to get a walk in pedicure. Staff was wonderful and this is one of my favorite pedicures ive ever had. Technician was gentle and friendly, did a great job. Will definitely be coming back. Salon was clean a had a nice chill atmosphere. Was easy to relax.

I can't say enough good things about your salon. Tracy rescued my nails from a botched manicure. They are back in tip top shape. I have been a long time customer and this salon is the only one that does things right

First time at this salon. Got the herbal deluxe Pedi. Hannah was amazing, paid close attention to obvious problem areas on my feet, best foot massage I've gotten. Perfect polish application. Definitely will recommend and come back for my next pedicure!

Love my nails! I go to Tracy at Herbal Nail in Renton for a powder dip and she does an excellent job. They look great and last about 3 weeks before I need to go back. Very happy!

The Herbal Nail Spa (Renton location) is fabulous. It is very clean and all employees have been kind, professional, and taken great care of my nails! Their online booking system makes it easy to make an appointment with a specific nail technician, and to book group appointments. Susan and Tracy are my go-to gals; they are gentle with my cuticles and pay attention to detail.

The technicians here are attentive and want to make sure you have a good experience. Only issue we had is that the technician did not check to make sure nails were dry before we left the salon so both toenails were messed up from the sandals but we didn't realize it until we left.

I went to this nail salon for the first time since moving to Seattle. I had Quennie as my nail tech and she was great! She is so sweet and made sure to ask for my opinion throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the design. The picture I showed her is almost exactly what I received and I am so so happy with them! I would definitely recommend her to other people!!

Popped in after calling to make an impromptu pedicure appointment. They were able to seat me as soon as I arrived. The salon is beautifully decorated, clean, nice massage chairs, sanitary practices, offered a bottle of water. I hadn't been because it's not super close to my house but my kid goes to preschool nearby so I'll be back! Lovely nail salon!
