My first time in. Also first time really at any higher end hair place. Kristen was very attentive and spent the time needed for my tricky, curly hair. The included wash is great because dry cutting my hair like a 10 min barber shop just just doesn't do.

This was my first time ever being waxed and I chose to start with the butt cheeks of all things. I was super nervous being naked from the waist down and allowing an unknown female to perform the waxing. During the process, Amy was more than amazing and super professional. I didn’t feel awkward in any way whatsoever. She was very personable and easy chat with during the process which made the experience even easier. I’ll be going back on a regular basis.
