My mum recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaven Beauty by Joanna for a gel polish manicure and pedicure, and the experience exceeded our expectations. First time here and it was great! Fee was so friendly and welcoming, also very gentle with the waxing. I just had an eyebrow wax but my eyebrows now look great and perfectly back in shape.

I had an absolutely lovely experience at Offbeat Beauty Collective. The whole salon was super clean, open, and friendly. Both Nico and Lucy made me feel comfortable at all times. I admit I have slightly awful feet from years of running but Nico was a sweetheart and made the most beautiful job of my toes. They have never looked so pretty. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be back!

I have been to Joanna a number of times and will be going again in the future. Her salon is spotlessly clean, she uses the best products, and does a great massage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Joanna has also done my wife's Gell Nails when we went on holiday, they were 'bullet proof' and lasted well over two weeks without chipping. ☺️

First time I have been here and Fee explained everything as she went along. Didn’t feel embarrassed at all (even with the intimate waxing) as she was really professional and friendly. Not been for many waxes but definitely the best experience I’ve had and the least painful due to the technique she uses. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again without hesitation. Thank you
