She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. I have moved to Peacehaven and was trying to find the best beauty studio around. I found Polished beauty (has the best ratings on Google) which thankfully had a slot for me on the same day. Charlotte is amazing. Making her clients feel welcomed and knows how to do nails beautifully and it was quick too. They have a great range of nail colors and their studio looks nice. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

Holly took great care with my waxing and does an amazing job of eyebrow shaping too. All done with such a lovely manner. All the staff at Polished Beauty are so genuine and lovely. It's a very pleasant salon to be in.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Charlotte squeezed me in as a new customer on my first visit to do me a favour as I had an upcoming event to attend. The staff are all highly skilled , professional, and polite. I have since been back for an infill and will continue to use them . The quality of the manicure is outstanding. Love love love! 🥰

The best facial I've ever had (and I've had many!) I had the age resist radiofrequency which used a variety of tools, top quality products and unique techniques - all culminating in my skin feeling taut, rejuvenated - and glowing. I really appreciated not being left lying in a room with a face pack on for 15 minutes, like most other salons. Instead, I was treated to a wonderful head, neck and shoulder massage. A friendly, welcoming team, luxurious setting and every effort made to make you feel totally pampered. I highly recommend and will be back!
