I’ve been coming to Jess for a number of years to have holiday waxing & nails done. I’ve been discussing my pigmentation and dull skin & she recommended the BeautyLab Glycolic Facial. I was not disappointed. It’s always relaxing going to Jess. She talked me through my concerns and what to expect.The whole experience was wonderful,the products smelt gorgeous, my skin looks so healthy and glassy. I nearly fell asleep on her lovely heated bed. Due to my pigmentation and long term skin goals I’m having the course of glycolic facials. I can already see and feel such a difference!

So impressed with this lady I took my friend there to ha e her eyebrows done and now.my client to have her lashes done. She is more expensive than the usual places however the quality is alot better and she works very fast so it means you can squeeze it in to your busy day. My client was very happy with her lashes and she is hard to please so what more can I say. I had my brows fixed here, my lashes done here as well as waxing all over. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.
