Excellent experience very professional, personal and high quality standard. This was my first visit and I will be returning - I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good nail experience.

First ever wax and Robyn was amazing! I felt so comfortable in the salon, the bed was extra wide and very sturdy so I felt safe when manoeuvring around. I have very sensitive skin and Robyn was extremely accommodating, trying three different hypoallergenic waxes. She ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would recommend The Butterfly Lounge to everyone! A very friendly, inclusive salon. There is nothing like it anywhere! Well done, Robyn. I will be booking in regularly!

Robyn was so friendly and helpful. Being only my 2nd leg wax she talked me through the whole process and I felt so comfortable. Her salon was clean, there was even a toilet to use! Would definitely recommend Robyn to anyone. 5*

Couldn’t be anymore happier with my microblading. It makes such a difference to me, to now have a gorgeous set of brows, instead of barely any.
