She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Crystal is the loveliest therapist - she's calm and soothing and I can't recommend her highly enough. The salon is elegant and relaxing, parking is free at the marina - if you're looking for an amazing beautician I can't recommend her highly enough!

The only place I’ve ever gotten a wax, and I keep going back. Chrystal is such a welcoming therapist who makes me feel so relaxed even when waxing is not the most enjoyable experience. Also my eyebrows stay laminated longer than anywhere else I’ve ever been. 10/10 all round

Holly took great care with my waxing and does an amazing job of eyebrow shaping too. All done with such a lovely manner. All the staff at Polished Beauty are so genuine and lovely. It's a very pleasant salon to be in.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Charlotte squeezed me in as a new customer on my first visit to do me a favour as I had an upcoming event to attend. The staff are all highly skilled , professional, and polite. I have since been back for an infill and will continue to use them . The quality of the manicure is outstanding. Love love love! 🥰

The best facial I've ever had (and I've had many!) I had the age resist radiofrequency which used a variety of tools, top quality products and unique techniques - all culminating in my skin feeling taut, rejuvenated - and glowing. I really appreciated not being left lying in a room with a face pack on for 15 minutes, like most other salons. Instead, I was treated to a wonderful head, neck and shoulder massage. A friendly, welcoming team, luxurious setting and every effort made to make you feel totally pampered. I highly recommend and will be back!
