Staff & service are always great! All the staff are very friendly, sweet, empathetic, inviting & accommodating. The service is reliable, detailed, consistent, timely & affordable. I’ve been to many salons/spas, but the atmosphere here is different, so I keep going back! :)

I have been going to the Facial Studio for a while now. I can honestly say that the treatment I receive from Sheriza is amazing. She is professional, kind, excellent at what she does and is very honest. I had wanted to get my eyebrows darkened but she told me the honest truth and said it would not look good on me. Most salons will just do it without saying a word, even if they know what the outcome will be. Her prices are very reasonable and the studio is very clean. I am so happy I found the Facial Studio. Can’t go anywhere else now as this is my one and only place to go.

I have been here for my eyebrows twice now (waxing), and there is no one else I will go to for my eyebrows. She genuinely takes the time to wax your eyebrows, I don’t spend less than 15 minutes here. She takes the time to shape and correct my eyebrows to compliment my face.

Another wonderful visit to Shear Amazement! I came in for a root touch-up and facial waxing, and as always, the experience was top-notch. Lauryn was fantastic and so friendly! She was really able to highlight my natural waves, and my hair feels so much lighter and silkier. I will absolutely go back to her for my next cut! The salon itself is a nice space, too - nice and open, and it feels updated. I love that they have Amika products, since they smell so nice and leave my hair feeling really soft and healthy. I'd definitely recommend Shear Amazement for anyone looking for a new salon!

Over the many years of having waxings done This has been by far the easiest and best experience! Rachel was such a Doll!
