Elha was very professional. She explained to me that she would not wax or thin my eyebrows even more because the previous brow salon I went to botched them. So she told me that she would shape them and let them grow for a bit. She advised me to use a serum. She didn't tweeze a lot of hair, so I don't know if it was worth $40. But yeah, I'll come back and see how my eyebrows go again.

We arrived early and the upstairs where the clinic door is, was eerie quiet. No waiting area as such so we just sat on the carpet floor in the hall for 10 until someone let us in. Apart from this weird start, the nurse was super lovely and helpful, with all the gadgetry for the skin check.

My son was very nervous as he did not see any other men in the salon. The lady who attended to him made him feel comfortable and also listened to what we wanted from a tidy up and wax of his brows. Excellent result!

I booked a brow lam with Leah and I am so impressed with the results! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. My brows have never looked better! Leah clearly knows her craft and took the time to shape everything perfectly for my face. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I walked into the salon and was greeted by elha she was so lovely and mad me feel very welcome. I had never had my lashes done before so she talked me through what each set was and helped me find the right style for me. Will definitely be going back there to get my lashes done.

Today I visited Brow bar at Chermside and had my lashes done by Karam, I always love visiting the Chermside store as lashes are always long lasting. Today Karam had me walking out of the Salon with the best set of lashes I have EVER had!!! Highly recommend her services! Will be back!

Zoya did a great job! The lashes were exactly the look I was after. I tried the airbrushing for the brows and Zoya took the time to shape them and filled them in nicely, also listening to what I wanted. Thank you very much ☺️
