I've been a manual therapy client of Aaron's for nearly a year now benefitting from his increased skillset as time has gone by. He really cares about his clients and does additional courses if he thinks it will benefit them. He is professional, very skilled, consistent, thorough, kind, compassionate and so well priced for the in-depth and varied treatments he does. Really importantly he has an Infection Prevention Control certificate which is really reassuring with the kinds treatment he does. I cannot recommend him enough. 5⭐all day

I went to AG-RO Fitness specifically to have soft tissue therapy for a pre-existing issue on a specific body part. Aaron put me at ease as soon as I walked in. He discussed my issue and the treatment plan and ensured I was happy before we started. During the treatment Aaron periodically asked if I was ok comfort-wise and therapeutically. Each treatment I felt some relief during the massage but most of the relief happened afterwards. I have had at least 10 treatments from Aaron and will be having many more for both for immediate relief and purely for maintenance.

Excellent as always. Megg and Di are always professional, knowledgeable and great fun to deal with. No need for nerves in The Avalon Rooms 😊 Had a helix piercing and a new earring for one of my conch piercings. Lovely jewellery and great prices with easygoing, efficient, hygienic setting. Highly recommend this business. Ten out of ten ❤️

Amazing therapy and massage

Aron was very professional in his therapy session. He told me what he was going to do before he did anything on my shoulder. I had a bad shoulder due to work and have been 3 times now since January and my shoulder is no on the mend. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Aron

I've been seeing Aaron for treatment over a few years. He has helped me when even the hospital said they couldn't do much for my pain and numbness. I explain what I think the issue is then let Aaron assess and decide what treatments are best and he never fails to help me. I highly recommend him and will continue to go to him. He is highly knowledgeable with a superb mix of skills, saves you having to find a few separate people to treat you.
