Mederi is one of those magic places that welcomes you with open arms. I have been twice now and both times I had a fantastic experience. The first time I had a float and a massage in the massage chair - which was amazing. The second time I had a session with Hannah, the breath work was life changing and revealing and wonderful all at once. I have booked to go back and I suggest you do too.

I booked this for my husband as a bday gift, he absolute love it, and the lady working at the wellness center was a delight, she made us feel so welcomed and explored everything so nicely, overall it was a perfect experience.

What a fabulous place! As a ‘spa-type’ treatment novice, I found the corporate-type spas quite imposing, but this place is great. I went as a treat for my 40th birthday, but I’ll definitely be back! Thanks ladies for a lush experience ☺️

first time to have a cranio-sacral treatment. it's misleading to think of it as a massage as there is so little "physical " movement but I thought it was fantastic. gentle but very positive and deeply relaxing.

The massage and craniosacral therapy combined and known as Emma's Special were terrific. One of the most relaxing and impactful massage's I have had in a long time. I have a few minor suggestions about how to make the whole experience great+ if Emma or someone on the team would like to call me I can share. I have already recommended Mederi to my wife and daughter, and look forward to returning one day soon myself.

We had a lovely experience at Mederi wellness. It was exactly what we needed. The girls were so friendly & helpful. We used the Infrared Sauna & the float therapy. Being not sure about the float tank as a 1st time user, even though i relaxed, i would totally let myself relax next time. Will definitely use again

Incredible experience and service. The float session was gifted to me, having in mind that I struggle immensely with ADHD, and while my mind didn't switch completely off it calmed more significantly than anything the NHS has suggested so far. Leaving the float room, I could have sworn I was physically floating for an hour after! My skin felt amazing and my sleep has been better since the session. Hannah was so welcoming and helpful, particularly when I had to cancel and reschedule for personal reasons. 100% will continue float session, cannot reccomend it enough, especially at Mederi!

Everything about this experience met or exceeded my expectations. It immediately made me feel very peaceful. I enjoyed all the unique & creative quirks. The staff were brilliant and it felt like they were always on hand and focused on your experience. They were wonderfully chatty. I wasn’t sure what to expect from hydrotherapy as it was my first time but it really worked at giving me a long lasting sensation of inner peace.

Writing this on behalf of someone else. They were joining me for hydrotherapy and it wasn’t something they would normally be interested in doing but they really enjoyed it and said everything was 5/5 and want to go again.

Excellent experience as always. A warm welcome on arrival and made to feel at home in this lovely serene space. It was a wonderful way to spend a day off with some much needed self care.

Another relaxing session in the sauna. Mederi is our new favourite place to take time out for ourselves.

Fabulous experience! Was gifted a voucher and booked in for first time. Good explanation was given upfront and was not rushed. Experience itself was super relaxing. Treatment room including shower and Float Pod was spotlessly clean. I would recommend and will definitely do it again when need a complete reset.
