Excellent service from arrival to when we left. The float experience is already pretty amazing, relaxing and recentering, however the ambiance sets the tone right from when you walk in the door.

Vivien is fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I love the white room and the atmosphere and vibe at Mederi. It is a good experience working from there. The relax chill room and being able to offer clients a discount on the float and sauna is attractive. Good not great star rating due to the ceiling in the White room - wires hanging out! Room could benefit from a dimmer light especially if I was working at night. Steps down to loos mean it is not suitable for disabilities. Chat in reception can be a bit noisy and disruptive. And no hand basin or bin in the room.

We had a lovely experience at Mederi wellness. It was exactly what we needed. The girls were so friendly & helpful. We used the Infrared Sauna & the float therapy. Being not sure about the float tank as a 1st time user, even though i relaxed, i would totally let myself relax next time. Will definitely use again

Writing this on behalf of someone else. They were joining me for hydrotherapy and it wasn’t something they would normally be interested in doing but they really enjoyed it and said everything was 5/5 and want to go again.

Everything about this experience met or exceeded my expectations. It immediately made me feel very peaceful. I enjoyed all the unique & creative quirks. The staff were brilliant and it felt like they were always on hand and focused on your experience. They were wonderfully chatty. I wasn’t sure what to expect from hydrotherapy as it was my first time but it really worked at giving me a long lasting sensation of inner peace.

Second time floating although my first time with Oxford floatation center. Staff extremely kind and helpful made me feel at ease establishment clean and tidy will definitely be going back

Emma is great. She creates a soothing atmosphere and checks regularly that the pressure while massaging is fine. I would recommend her 100%

Jeanette and I discovered a magical hidden wellness gem! Small outside, TARDIS-like inside. Hannah welcomed us warmly, making us feel instantly at ease. The thoughtfully designed space amazed us at every turn. Their infrared sauna felt revolutionary—working magic on our bodies! But the real star was the heavenly one-hour float. It was my first time experiencing a float and it was fantastic! Katie was brilliant in explaining to me how to settle into it with the various options of lighting, music sounds and how to open chamber. The facilities were immaculate, and it was nice to shower after to get the salt water off in the comfort of the same room. When I left the room Katie offered me a herbal tea to continue the relaxation. What a fantastic experience

I adore this venue. Medicine for these cold dull days.
