Jo put me at ease and guided me during the session. The IEMT was not something I’ve experienced before. Jo explained everything clearly and let me know what to expect. The impact of the session is not always immediate, but I already feel lighter and calmer.

Brilliant, no faults at all. Every time I’ve been it’s been an incredible & uplifting experience! I’d recommended time & time again, Jo is lovely & really helps with knowledge - I have a very basic understanding of spirituality, crystals etc & Jo helps with everything. Calming atmosphere & a real delight to be in. Everytime I have left I have felt so much ‘lighter’.
