Just had a helix piercing from who I assume is Kourtney- whom was very outgoing and welcoming which helped to reduce anxiety. I noticed certificates for people with first time piercings which I thought was very kind. Kourtney had communicated very well when it came to the piercing and in addition had offered me a stress ball beforehand. The piercing wasn’t painful whatsoever and was done in a jiffy. My ear had been sanitised in preparation and sprayed with saline solution after the piercing, and the piercer had worn gloves. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for any future piercings!

Came in to get a Daith piercing, was advised it didn’t suit my anatomy. Kourtney was great and helped me decide on a different piercing which also suited the ones I already have. Kourtney was lovely and made the whole thing very easy x

FairPlay I had a fab experience, I went to a piercing studio somewhere else and they said my anatomy wasn’t correct. Went to empress for a second opinion and was able to have the piercing done just with an adjusted position. Getting it done was quick and pain free, Emily was very welcoming and so lovely. A week later I’ve been for a downsize with no healing issues and again the experience was great, it was quick and all staff are so lovely. Thank you, will be back again.

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

Just popped in to check my piercing was ready for the smaller rod and it was, so it changed there and then. Thank you really appreciate how careful and painless it was.

I think I had a girl called Kourtney, and I had an amazing experience, she made me comfortable with the piercing, she was friendly and made a good environment for me. I’m happy with the piercing. I had my helix and knew nothing about it, she gave me her opinion on where was the better placement for my helix piercing. Love it!!!

Kourtney was friendly, helpful and professional when i popped in to ask advice about my belly button piercing that possibly may have started closing up after i had to remove an old piercing a few months ago ( not bought from this shop or had the piercing there) Straight away Kourtney was happy to take a look and advise me, and it turned out she was able to fit a new belly button bar without any problems, and did it there and then. I left feeling happy and knowing that i could return if i had any issues
