I was quite nervous as I hadn’t had many piercings before and decided to try the 3 for 2 deal getting my second lobes done and a helix. The lady who did my piercings was very informative and we had a good conversation before, during and after my piercings which was nice 😊 I decided to buy the after care spray and was also given an aftercare leaflet to take with me. 10 out of 10 as a new experience I’m thoroughly pleased with my new piercings and the experience overall was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent! Relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff. We didn’t have an appointment, but were seen so quickly. Laura was amazing today for Lake’s first piercing. They were clearly nervous, and Laura was so patient, explaining every step of the process. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

So, I rang up the day before and was told to just pop in as quieter that day. Such a lovely place and so lovely and clean looking. At every point of the piercing I was asked to check in the mirror to confirm I was happy where I wanted them. Lots of talk about aftercare and told to call if I had any issues. Will definitely use again if I want more piercings.
