I was frightened to death at the whole experience as I have never had a tattoo in my life. Rachel made me feel comfortable at ease and welcome. I don't know what all the fuss was about. Love the end look.

Ahh the lovely Rachel, truly is a gem: so professional & accommodating. Todays appointment of laser removal I had my baby daughter with me who of course was screaming the place down. Rachel is so lovely, she really put me at ease and I didn't feel a thing during the procedure (and I have a very low pain threshold!). My eyebrows are exactly what I wanted and I appreciated the care Rachel took to measure them out to balance them.
