I want to compliment The Herbal Nail Salon for their excellent services. The salon is always clean, filled with vibrant colors, and offers a variety of pedicure packages, nail designs, and more. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Both times I’ve gone, I’ve requested Tracy as my nail technician and Vanessa as my pedicure technician — and both women are absolutely amazing! What an amazing and relaxing experience! Vanessa did my Herbal Deluxe Pedicure, my feet are so smooth and I love the pink color on my toes. Vanny did my Shellac manicure. She was very detailed and gave me a super cute ice cream color. I am definitely coming back, this is my new go to nail spa.

Went at 10am right at opening and was able to get a walk in pedicure. Staff was wonderful and this is one of my favorite pedicures ive ever had. Technician was gentle and friendly, did a great job. Will definitely be coming back. Salon was clean a had a nice chill atmosphere. Was easy to relax.

I had a great experience here! I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Susan and Lily were polite, attentive, and used high-quality products—the massage lotion in particular was amazing. My nails looked fantastic, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. One thing to note: there’s a 4% fee for credit card payments, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked online. Thankfully, I had cash, but it's good to be aware of in advance.

I have used Herbal nails for a few years. On my previous visit the new employee, Michelle, did my nails and it was a bad experience. She repeatedly scolded me to 'relax' my hand, she did the manicure bad with bleeding spots that were hurting a few days and the final look was not nice. I went back there and requested Tracey and Susane who are my usual people and they pleasantly fixed my nails. They are both always polite, listen to customers and treat you gently. Applause for Susane and Tracey. I would have given 5 stars if not this experience and the owner should know about it.
