Infrared sauna has been an excellent addition to my health routine. I regularly lift, run and do yoga but I was looking for a deeper detox and sweat. I’ve noticed less soreness and better sleep. And I feel great after. I can tell my metabolism is up too as I’m pretty hungry all day after a sweat. Im really glad I’ve found Swet.

I loved my experience at SWET. It was convenient to schedule and get started. Everything was neat and clean. And I especially loved my time in the infrared sauna. I typically do hear sauna, but I found this to be more comfortable. I was able to do some reading and meditation during my time in the sauna too. I purchased ten pack before trying and I am glad I did! I will be incorporating this into my health routine.

superior place for a sauna

This isn’t your typical sauna where you’re dumping water over your head constantly and it’s painful to breathe for a little sweat. I did a Groupon with my wife and did a full hour. I don’t typically sweat much while working out so I was searching for a good detox. 25 minutes into it, I was pouring sweat and it felt great. My wife was laughing how much sweat poured off of of me for the next 35 minutes. No shower but no point. Bring sweat pants for the ride home because you will sweat 15 minutes after you leave Bring water
