We had a fabulous experience. The facilities are amazing, and all the little touches show that the team really care about their clients. We really appreciated the friendly helpful service and the sauna was amazing. Will definitely return next time we are in New Plymouth.

We booked a double floating experience in the Marino Room. We were really impressed with it, everything was so cosy, beautiful and clean. We were completely sore from the Taranaki Summit Climb we did the day before. We had a really enjoyable conversation with the owner and she was so kind to offer us a Normatec Compression service as a bonus. We loved the experience and it is a good reason on its own to return to New Plymouth soon.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were amazing, and everything was clearly explained. I came out feeling incredible, with my skin and body feeling fantastic. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be going back again.

Wow just wow !I booked in for a sauna and floatation session today ,1.30 hours of bliss and deep relaxation. I totally loved the Floatation pod.It was my first time ever to do this activity and to be fair I was a little nervous BUT with the pre talk from the amazing owners i was put at ease ......so much i wanted to go straight back in. JUST LET GO and it happens ....'floating in space' and hearing your heart in the silence is truly something else - thank you - you both have created a Sanctuary .

We had a couples open float and it was so nourishing and restorative. The space at the floatation sanctuary is so beautiful and luxurious it was an incredible experience from start to finish! We will be back!

Elanor you were super caring and even though the end turned a bit to custard I loved the float experience and can still feel it in my body and legs especially. There are lots of pool lifts out there. Was amaze-ing! From beginning to end. We were greeted and taken into a comfortable space to chat about what we were going to do, our health, and what to expect, a very thorough introduction to the sauna and flotation pods. The sauna was a comfortable heat, and just enough time to have a good sweat. The Floatation pod was amazing, comforting, calming, peaceful and it felt as if the salt was hugging and supporting my body, I felt some tension in my muscles to begin with but it eased and at the end I had no tension left. The feeling of peace and happiness is absolutely worth it.

What a beautiful space this is! A very relaxing experience, I enjoyed every minute here!
