From the moment I arrived, the Jo was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen during the session, which I really appreciated. The space itself was very relaxing - the perfect atmosphere to unwind. What truly stood out were all the extra touches she incorporated throughout the massage that enhanced the relaxation experience. She found all the spots that were causing me pain. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief from the discomfort I'd been experiencing.

I had an amazing mama to be ritual. Jo was so welcoming and the space is luxurious. I was comfy throughout and the heated water pillow and adjustable bed to ensure everything is just right for you really sets this massage apart. 100% recommend!

This time I had the Deep sleep spa ritual- such a head to toe treat! Jo spent 2 hours helping my whole body relax, drift off, release tension and embrace the array of gorgeous aromatherapy scents. Such care and kindness goes into every treatment, but there’s something extra about this one that is the perfect way to treat your mind and body. Thank you as always Jo 😘

I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

Absolute perfection 💞. Cannot rate highly enough, there is so much attention to detail I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. Came to see Jo for the head space treatment. This is my second time visiting the Self Care Sanctuary and just as the first time Jo was lovely and welcoming. She checked in with how I was feeling before explaining the treatment I had chosen. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I drifted off at points which is just the feeling I needed. I will absolutely continue to visit Jo and her lovely place! Her treatments are 100% focused on you and giving you a space to unwind in.

Unbelievable, 90 minute ritual Spa massage, ive come away feeling de stressed, all of my aches have been massaged away. I didnt realise how tense I was from my head down to my toes. Jo took so much care with me and didn't miss a thing, my fingers even got massaged. I would highly recommend Jo to everyone, the room,the atmosphere, the scents, so very welcoming and relaxing, no detail spared. Thankyou so much Jo, it was perfect xxxx

Sophie was friendly and professional. The massage was very relaxing and the Salon space was nice and welcoming too.
