I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. Really friendly and kind and I would love to come back again soon - thank you!

The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to book!

Kristie’s purpose built beauty shed in her garden is a haven of peace & tranquillity, I loved the soothing Spanish guitar music. She worked her magic on my sore body leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Kristie did some lymphatic drainage to help with joint issues and I can feel the after effects so know it’s working. So glad this is on my doorstep. Have been for facials too. Can’t recommend highly enough. All her services are listed on Fresha, very reasonable prices.

I had a 55mins massage focussing on my back, neck and shoulders, but also had a head and face massage during that time. I absolutely LOVED it! I felt so well taken care of and listened to. I have fibromyalgia and am hypermobile, so get lots of joint pain. This was such a wonderful massage. My knots are massive and not always need lots of pressure. Kate was brilliant, and sorted my nightmare back out. It felt like such a lovely luxurious massage, in a beautiful treatment room....I will definitely be back 🥰

Thank you for another relaxing appointment! Kristie has been my beautician and massage therapist for over two years now. She is simply amazing! She has helped me manage, and eventually heal, a frozen shoulder through her massages and my skin is just so healthy and glowing from her facials. Kristie is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She is definitely my go to person for any muscle aches and pains and also to keep this young at heart pensioner looking as youthful and fresh as possible for as long as possible.
