I had the best day at the spa. The facilities were great. Steam room, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, hot tub and pool. I also had the most amazing facial and massage. I treated myself to a breakfast in the restaurant upon arrival and also had an afternoon tea mid afternoon. I felt truly relaxed when I left the hotel

Great spa and sauna. Loved the hot tub outside. We got the evening spa and dinner experience. Food was fantastic. All staff were welcoming and professional. Will go again.

A lovely spa, the best we have found on the Island! We enjoyed the inside and outside rooms and thermal pools. The only slight disappointment was the showers in the changing rooms, which were a bit grimy and could do with some fresh sealant/grout. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return on our next trip!

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the massages and both masseuses where lovely the spa was nice but I think that the steam room could be cleaned a bit better apart from this all facility’s were great! We will be coming back soon hopefully !

I had a wonderful time at the Spa. So relaxing. With the pool, thermal spa, jacuzzi, steam rooms and relaxing beds it’s a fantastic escape from life. My massage was invigorating. I felt unwound afterwards. This was followed by an afternoon tea in the brassiere. Delightful! Will definitely be coming again and would highly recommend it

Yet again had another awesome experience at the Spa, at the LPH. I forgot the young ladies name who took care of me but she did an outstanding job and would highly recommend her, she's a sweetheart! Ooh and of course the young lady on reception was cool too. Keep up the good work girls......!!

Amazing!!! Had the most relaxing headspa and facial with Katia. Honestly, one of the best treatments I've ever had - and i get alot! Her engery and vibes added to the calming relaxing experience. Clean, comfortable, perfect pressure, easy parking - everything was 10/10. Definitely gained a new client in me everytime I have a hair extension break!

The spa experience was awsome.. From the hot tub. To the sauna and steam room. Then tge full body massage gor my wife.. Brilliant 👏 👏

Fantastic spa day n afternoon tea therapists was brilliant and me and my friend definitely going back. Live locally so how lucky we are Facilities are clean tidy and beautiful so many saunas n steam room hydro pool. Cant wait to go back

the spa was quite nice though some people don't shower after the sauna and this should be reinforced so they don't just go in the pool or hot tub. There was an old plaster sitting on the floor for sometime which hadn't been noticed by staff. Food was quite good but the mushroom pate portion was far too large and rich. However on the whole spa was reasonable just think some things could be slightly improved.

The hot stone massage was good and the therapist was very nice. I was disappointed by the spa facilities though, neither the hot tub or jet pool was available for use as they didn’t have water in them. I did enjoy the different saunas but I probably wouldn’t pay for the spa pass again.

We did the twilight package, which included use of the spa from 4pm until 6pm then £25 towards a meal in the bistro. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it. We had use of the pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and sauna. Relaxation chairs around the poolside and dmhot and cold drinks were available at an extra charge. Hint, take your own towels and robe. £1.50 each towel and £2.50 for use of the robes.

Lovely and clean and good variety of spa features but it got a bit busy later on and I couldn’t get the hydra massage to work in the pool. There is only one ladies toilet and one disabled in the spa. Aromatherapy saunas were very relaxing and choice of 2 jacuzzis and a steam room.

Wonderful visit, really enjoyed the pool, saunas etc at the spa, welcoming & calm atmosphere. The hand & foot experience with Jackie afterwards was completely relaxing. Followed by a delicious afternoon tea, everything was beautifully fresh & served by friendly professional staff. It was our first visit, a birthday gift, our first visit, definitely not our last. We have visited the IOW for over 20 years and have never been here before. I surprised my wife with a lunch and spa deal. The lunch in the brasserie looked and tasted superb. The service was very good with friendly and attentive staff. We left stuffed and satisfied. We then went for 3 hours in the spa. Again the lady on the spa reception was lovely and helpful. The spa was great with everything in working order. A good choice of saunas and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. It was very tranquil and we left refreshed and vitalised. We will definitely be visiting again if not just for lunch.

The facial was amazing, so relaxing, I definitely would love to go again soon! I just wish that the facial was longer! The afternoon tea was also really nice, so tasty and filling we couldn't quite finish it! The saunas and spa facilities were also lovely and relaxing. I have no complaints- such a lovely place and staff were so helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this Spa to anyone.

Our experience was good overall, we enjoyed the different sauna settings, and the drift away treatments were a treat. For the spa pass and treatment package that we bought, it’d have been nice to have spa towels, slippers, and robes included.

Absolutely beautiful place, the saunas were particularly wonderful and the food was divine! My only issue (if you can call it that) was when we went to "sign in" we weren't booked to be using the spa despite calling to book for the spa and afternoon tea, we were told to come in around 11-11:30 which we did and all was good!

We had the mini facial and mini neck back and shoulder massage they were both perfect and even though they were mini it didn’t feel like we’d missed out . Spent a couple of hours at the Spa swimming , going in the Lavender Sauna and a had a Jacuzzi . Lovely place and people .

The spa day was very relaxing. It wasn’t too busy so I tried all 3 saunas, the steam room, thermal outdoor relaxing pool, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and multifunction shower. Some of them several times! The foot ritual was lovely and the afternoon tea was divine.

we had a spa package but were told we could not use the spa facilities, pool, sauna etc at 9.00am. our treatments were 10 to 12 and then meal at 1.00pm. so we could not use the other facilites particular we did not want to after a facial and massage for the lose of the impact of the products

Really great spa day. The range of Saunas is excellent, the lavender in particular was a hit, and the out jacuzzi was lovely. Treatments (back and scalp massage) both professional and very relaxing. Would recommend!
