First time trying the infrared sauna yesterday & felt totally relaxed and helped subside bloating and pain within my body. Something that doesn’t take much time out of a busy schedule but has such a good/big impact on your body. Siobhan was also so lovely and has such a great knowledge on the benefits of it. Can’t wait for my next session!

First time trying infrared sauna and wasn't sure what to expect. Siobhan was very, friendly, welcoming and explained everything I needed to know. Loved the sauna. I was completely relaxed and listened to an audiobook throughout the sauna. Have booked a few more sessions in and looking forward to them. Hopefully regular sessions will help with my back pain 🤞

I had my first session at Solais, the setup was very calming, I loved the aromatherapy scents and the bed was so comfy 😊 The heat was just right and much easier to tolerate than regular saunas. Siobhan took the time to explain how infrared therapy could support my endometriosis. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been visiting for a session weekly since the opening and I am really finding huge benefits. The reason I originally tried was I am struggling with peri menopause with a lot of the usual symptoms mainly anxiety and not sleeping. After my session it’s the best sleep I get all week and the next day in work I find I am so much more productive. I have tried many things all the usual supplements, teas etc but I find this really works for me look forward to my session every week.

What a relaxing way to spend a Saturday morning! Absolutely loved my first experience at Solais. ✨ the vibes are 10/10 and the bed is so comfortable. I have knee pain from a previous injury and it feels like it has vanished. Will 100% be back! Thanks again Siobhan xo

Solāis Stirling is such a calming, beautifully thought-out space — the moment you walk in, you can feel yourself starting to unwind. The private infrared sauna pod is spotless and so comfortable, with soft music and subtle scents that make it feel really luxurious. It’s the perfect way to relax, recover and reset — I left feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed. The owner has clearly put so much care into every detail, and the whole experience feels very personal and welcoming. It’s amazing to have something like this right here in Stirling — I’ll definitely be back regularly!

On arrival Siobhan was very welcoming and gave me alot of information about the infrared sauna, its different from other ones I have tried because it an individual space that you can lie in so that you are getting the full advantage of the infrared The space is so clean, calming and welcoming I felt so relaxed after, I fell asleep. I attended as I always have achey legs that can swell alot im looking forward to the results I feel great already

I had just finished a training session in the gym and was able to get 30 minutes sauna, where Siobhan was there to assist. This was my first time using the infra red and it was excellent. Am 6ft 3 with a fairly large shoulder width and fitted comfortably inside, with enough space to not feel uncomfortable. I will definitely be using this on a regular basis for my training recovery and overall health going forward and would recommend anyone who has not tried infra red sauna, to give it a go. Thanks. G

I went after a Pilates class to help with my sore muscles. The infrared sauna felt great. Clean space and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was friendly and she explained how the session would work since it was my first time. They also provided water and towels. I will definitely be back!!

Would highly recommend the infrared sauna at Solais. Shoibhan is so welcoming and throughly explains the sauna and how to get best experience also tried the infra red face mask too. Felt so relaxed afterwards and will definitely be back 🤗

I honestly cannot believe how much just one session, has helped me. Its a lovely treatment. Just lie in the infrared sauna for 30 minutes and boom! Im like a new woman! Its helped not only with the pain in my joints, but its returned a full range of motion too! I dont know how long it will last, but this is absolutely beneficial. I also feel super energised afterwards, not sure if thats the treatment, or the dopamine rush from the results, either way I'd highly recommend this to anyone suffering with chronic pain and mobility issues.

Was excited to try this after researching the benefits and not being a fan of a traditional sauna. Siobhan is lovely and very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly. The infra red experience was so relaxing. Im suffering badly with body aches and muscle pain due to perimenopause and nothing helps. I could feel the heat penetrating into my achy hip and sore back and it was the most relaxing 30 minutes I've had in a long time. The rest of the day I felt like a new woman and the pain was much reduced, I even slept better that night! Looking forward to booking again soon.

Today was all about recovery. This was my first time in an infrared sauna and I loved it, I would highly recommend adding this treatment into your recovery. Siobhan is so welcoming and passionate about what she does, the salon is beautiful and relaxing. I loved the combination of aromatherapy, infrared heat, background music and comfortable bed to lie on in your own private room, I didn’t want to leave. I now feel more relaxed mentally and physically I will be back and recommending to all my clients, family and friends 🩷 X

I’ve used the sauna at the peak for years but this was something else. It felt like lying on a sunbed but way more relaxing - and actually good for you. I could play my own music and properly switch off. As a former triathlete my body really appreciated it. I’ll definitely be back.
