Rachel is lovely, she always puts me at ease. I enjoy our chats while she works and she always does an excellent job. She is quick and makes sure its as pain-free an experience as possible! The room she works from is a lovely, warm environment and there is always plenty of parking spaces.

Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does. She makes me feel very comfortable and the conversation flows great from start to finish, which I find makes a huge difference. She gives a brilliant wax every time. I highly recommend the hydro-jelly mask after your wax. It makes such a difference x

I went after a Pilates class to help with my sore muscles. The infrared sauna felt great. Clean space and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was friendly and she explained how the session would work since it was my first time. They also provided water and towels. I will definitely be back!!

Today was all about recovery. This was my first time in an infrared sauna and I loved it, I would highly recommend adding this treatment into your recovery. Siobhan is so welcoming and passionate about what she does, the salon is beautiful and relaxing. I loved the combination of aromatherapy, infrared heat, background music and comfortable bed to lie on in your own private room, I didn’t want to leave. I now feel more relaxed mentally and physically I will be back and recommending to all my clients, family and friends 🩷 X

I’ve used the sauna at the peak for years but this was something else. It felt like lying on a sunbed but way more relaxing - and actually good for you. I could play my own music and properly switch off. As a former triathlete my body really appreciated it. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time using an infrared pod. I was a little nervous as I didn’t know what to expect but the set up is great, you have your own little room with the pod in and Siobhan is lovely and explains everything really well. It also smells gorgeous, just like a spa! I’ll definitely be going back as I think it will be great for general wellness and all the perimenopausal ailments.

First time in an infrared sauna and I can honestly say it will not be my last. Siobhan is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The salon is so relaxing. The combination of aromatherapy, infrared heat, background music and comfortable bed was so much better than the saunas of the 80’s. I felt like I was lying on a sunbed abroad in the heat. Highly recommended.

I tried the infrared sauna today. I’ve been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and since my treatment at the Beatson causes joint pain, I thought I’d give this a go. After just 30 minutes, I felt surprisingly good — relaxed, calm, and less sore, even though I had treatment only yesterday. I’ve never liked saunas because I can’t stand heat on my face — but what I loved about this was that your head stays out, so you can breathe fresh air without feeling overheated. It made such a difference.

Amazing! I just had LVL for the first time and Jan has done the impossible and given me the best and most defined eyelashes ever! X

I tried my first infrared sauna session today to help with fibromyalgia pain. I was surprised how gentle the heat felt, but it really sank deep into my muscles. By the end, I felt noticeably less stiff and more relaxed. It didn’t cure the pain, but it definitely eased it — a promising start. I’m hopeful with regular use it could become a helpful part of my pain management.
