Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Yet another marvellous pedicure from Aimee. Nice and comfortable chairs and a super foot spa. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. As always the staff are friendly and willing to help you with any questions you have about their product and procedures. I would totally recommend BN beauty 100%.
