Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Yet another marvellous pedicure from Aimee. Nice and comfortable chairs and a super foot spa. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. As always the staff are friendly and willing to help you with any questions you have about their product and procedures. I would totally recommend BN beauty 100%.

Had my usual fortnightly visit to Lucy for my shellac nails . They had some lovely new colours in for spring. Couldn’t decide which one to have so had a different colour on each nail. They look fabulous. After that went next door to their Epsom skin clinic where Lucy did my first Sylfirm treatment. She told me that the results will be more noticeable in a couple weeks time but already my skin feels tighter and firmer. Can’t wait for my next one in a month. I know with Lucy’s expert advice ( and the Sylfirm treatments ) my skin will look fantastic for my son’s wedding in a few months time.

Loved my visit to the spa today and my pedi with Danni. Such a fab choice of colours to choose from, I feel so relaxed and pampered x
