Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was excellent. My wife and I both had a full body massage which started with a foot soak and wash and treatment which I hadn't expected ! The experience was very relaxing. It was a one off visit as we were on a holiday nearby at Swanborough lakes lodges but if we come back, we would definitely come here again for this treatment. I recommend this spa.

Lovely clean, relaxing space. Both Danni and Gemma were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Sorry I didn't catch the receptionists name, but she was also friendly and helpful. I had been nervous about my appointment but will look forward to a return visit.

A fantastic massage and facial combination. A great way to get a fresh treatment feeling when only able to spare an hour to do so. Would recommend. A good relaxation space.

As always, the welcome, treatments and relaxing atmosphere were perfect. We are so lucky to have such a high-quality spa with such a good variety of treatments and excellent therapists local to us in Lewes.

What a lovely day just before Christmas. My massage with Hayley was incredible. Pedicure with Dani was lovely and I chose sparkly toenails for Christmas. Holly was back and did my manicure which was superb as always. This is a very special place.

Was the best SPA day. I felt like a huge weight lifted. I feel refreshed and very relaxed and happy. Hayley is a star! She is the best! Thank you a lot for the perfect SPA treatment. Highly recommend the Aromatherapy Associates treatment with Hayley!
