I have had an Indian head massage by Sarah, having never had this treatment I didn’t really know what to expect. It was amazing,I feel fully relaxed & rejuvenated. Sarah tackled the knots in my back & shoulders. The practice room is calm & warm. Overall experience was great.

Thanks to Sarah at Pure Peace Reiki in Buxton as for a hour I was completely relaxed and felt more re-aligned with myself during the Reiki session. Its nice to have had that hour of complete quietness with no distractions. I've done energy healing & grounding before as part of EMDR/CBT but the Reiki session was a completely new experience.

I have been suffering from Tennis Elbow since the beginning of June. I had a constant nagging pain in my elbow and also excruciating shooting pains in my elbow joint and down my forearm and I was on painkillers every day. This was my first experience of acupuncture and Sarah put me at ease and explained it all step by step. I have had 4 sessions, my first being on 15/11/23. I am now pain free and haven't had any painkillers for 2 weeks. Sarah is very professional and also easy to talk to and I highly recommend her to anyone considering acupuncture.

Wow. Where do I start! I had the holistic facial which included a head message and 10 minutes of reiki while the mask is on. I find it hard to relax but definitely felt myself nod off.
