I've had a lot on my mind recently with several family matters and changes in circumstances. Sarah pinpointed this during the reiki session, without me having said anything previously. The Indian head massage was also incredibly relaxing and I'm sure my shoulders dropped about 6 inches. Looking forward to my next treatment.

Thanks to Sarah at Pure Peace Reiki in Buxton as for a hour I was completely relaxed and felt more re-aligned with myself during the Reiki session. Its nice to have had that hour of complete quietness with no distractions. I've done energy healing & grounding before as part of EMDR/CBT but the Reiki session was a completely new experience.

Sarah is just amazing. Right from the offset of my therapy I was relaxed, and throughout even the hands on massage therapies you can also feel the relaxing and healing reiki energy coming through simultaneously. Sarah is not only super professional but such a lovely & caring person - I feel totally looked after and at ease with Sarah. This is where I go to give myself some TLC and some me time and to know I’ll always come out feeling more grounded, calm and happy. Thank you so much 💖

I had an Indian head massage followed by reiki. Was my first time for both. Sarah explained everything to me and made me feel relaxed straight away. Both treatments were fabulous and I left feeling lighter and less stressed. Would highly recommend
