I had the absolute best most relaxing day ever. Started with a 1 hour massage. Heather is phenomenal. Best rMT I have ever used. Followed up with Japanese head spa and facial. Absolutely perfect. My hair and face feel amazing. Entire body relaxed. This spa is best addition to Newcastle in years. Absolutely love it and will be back .

I had a very good first experience with your spa today. Young lady at the front desk was pleasant, spa was clean and Heather my massage therapist did a wonderful job . She is very personable.

The staff is friendly, courteous and answers all inquiries. I Enjoy this spa as it has a calming astrosphere. I would definitely recommend Newcastle Day spa and wellness center.

Had a great experience at Newcastle Day Spa. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. I had a deep tissue massage, the pressure was just right, and the therapist focused exactly where we’d discussed. The space was clean, calm, and very relaxing. I left feeling so much better and even booked my next appointment before I walked out. Thank you, ladies, for the perfect start to my day!
