My mum and I visited Breath for an infrared sauna session and had such a lovely experience. The team were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the space was beautifully clean and well presented, and everything felt very calming and thoughtfully set up. They provided electrolytes to help keep us hydrated and had everything we needed for a shower afterwards, which made the whole experience feel really easy and relaxing. It was the perfect way to treat Mum to a little wellness time together on a rainy May day for a belated Mother’s Day. We’ll definitely be back.

The sauna room is private, clean and incredibly relaxing. 30 minutes felt like 5 and I walked out feeling so calm and refreshed. Thank you to the lovely Sharni for walking me through how to get the most out of my sauna session before starting.

Staff were friendly and the service was mostly very enjoyable. It did get very cold, especially when the sheet face mask was applied which made it harder to relax.

Ying always provides an amazing massage experience. She is very holistic in the way she provides her massage services ensuring that I leave 100% happy with all my troubled areas addressed. The wellness centre atmosphere allows me to feel transported to a very relaxed beautiful space. Her exquisite artworks are a sight to behold and add much to the experience. Had my lymphatic drainage massage today with Maja. She was so thorough with explanation of the benefits of this treatment. She was so passionate about her work and shows high professionalism in her career. The massage was not only sensual yet also remedial & left me feeling very relaxed for the end of the week!
