Great experience at The Cloud Spa today. Hazel and Layla (I think that’s her name) did my nails beautifully! I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who did my wax but she took great care of me :)

The cloud spa was lovely as usual, I had my favourite matcha & coffee from Sasha ☕️🍵, got my regular Cystine hair treatment done with Farzana 🧖🏼‍♀️, Favourite mani/ pedi with Mika & Stephany💅🏼 it’s always a great time relaxing here at the spa with the best team 💕🫶🏼

Service is always impeccable, the staff are always welcoming, cheerful, and extremely friendly. The nail service was excellent beyond excellent, actually. Stephanie took amazing care of me with so much attention and detail. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and when they found out I was hungry, they even made me popcorn! Their attitude and hospitality were truly outstanding. Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good service and clean spa

Absolutely the top salon in the UAE.

Such a wonderful experience! Both my body and mind felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Cindy and Fawza were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the session. In addition to the massage, we also enjoyed access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room — which made the visit even more special. To top it all off, we were served hot tea by the pool after our treatment. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa day.

My therapist was Cindy and today I had massage of another level. She let me choose the aromatic oil according my needs and then fixed every part of my body with her amazing and professional technics. Evening is a great time for massage. It gives you a good sleep. The spa of Raha Hotel is also a special story. It has 2 parts. On the level 3 is treatment rooms, jacuzzi and big indoor pool under the glass roof. Downstairs you can find ayurveda treatments and huge therapeutic pool. This place is much recommended for restoring the balance
