My partner and I booked the Ice Bath + Sauna 60mins x2 people, from the moment we walked in the door we felt calm and relaxed, the space felt very private and smelt amazing! The complimentary mineral water was an added bonus and the shower was a perfect way to end our relaxing sauna and warm up from the ice bath. Georgia is super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Quite simply surreal, this is an experience I would never have entertained throughout my life, I'm absolutely blown away. We were greeted by Phil and his induction had my complete attention, such an articulate gentleman. The Float and Sauna was amazing, my partner and I have never experienced something so soul shifting, emotionally lifting, and future fitting as our time at Floatation Sanctuary, I couldn't recommend this enough. Thank you Phil and the team there for sharing your space with my partner and I.

1000/10! Lovely friendly staff and I love how private and cosy it is. I always look forward to my weekly sauna session and love that I can choose my own music or podcast. I sleep so well afterwards, it really helps relieve my stress.

It was great! Loved the ice bath. Would appreciate another wooden thing to lean on and an extra towel inside the actual sauna though for three people as there were only two.

So good from not knowing what to do and getting the run down from the lovely staff member on how everything works made the contrast therapy experience even more enjoyable. Body felt amazing after the 1 hour session in the sauna and ice bath. Thanks for the tour and cup of tea after as well. Great customer service ❤️

Amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was explained well on how to control the sauna and music and coloured lighting and how to get the best out of the ice bath experience .Everything so so clean and it was my own private sanctuary for an hour. Well worth the money and so relaxing and just what I needed to help me heal following my mum's passing 10 days ago. This is a wonderful business and the owner Georgia was. Lovely and passionate about the benefits of this treatment. I will be back and I highly recommend.

I chose the infrared sauna and flotation package. It was my first time to visit. The staff explained everything that was going to happen, how I may feel, what the experience might be like for me...all of which was very important for me to be told. Most of us have a bit of anxiety on our first experience with anything new, and I did. BUT I will definitely return. I think that each visit will be better than the last and I will be able to eventually let go and completely benefit from the experience.

The facility is amazing and the sauna was next level. Wonderful products to use after your sauna too that just add to the overall experience. Loved I could listen to music or a podcast as well through Bluetooth. Highly recommended.

Great service and facilities, never done infrared sauna before and was rushed and unorganized when I came in, but they were very helpful, it's all straight forward and I felt great afterwards. Recommending to others already and looking to be back myself also.
