Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

Gav has been brilliant. Very knowledgeable very passionate about his work and really goes into depth when explaining what's going on with your particular injury. Mine being lower back and he's shown me the particular muscle and he's explained where its all connected to and how due to the injury I've compensated and created disharmony in my bio mechanics. He's went above and beyond with the recovery programme and after 3 days I've noticed a massive shift. So 2 sessions with Gav and 3 days of his recovery programme am now feeling I'm on the right track to getting sorted and back to full training

Just had my first sports massage and would defo recommend although I didn’t have any injuries it’s always good to get a wee pamper 😁Gav was so nice and chatted away through it all and explained everything I will definently be back

Just had results of my MRI scan last month.Several issues but no operation Will repair all issues. Sent results to Gav and has gave me a full rehab exercises for my knee to get me back doing a little running and ready for hyrox in march if my knee is up to it Would recommend Gav for physio/ rehab etc .Has great knowledge and average patter.

Gav checks before he starts any areas of concern then tailors his massage to address them. He checks all through massage that you are feeling right effect. Came away feeling that my niggles had been addressed and future massages would be working to build in good work done

As a physiotherapist I’m quite particular about who I seen for treatments. Jordon knows his stuff, is very knowledgeable and skilled. Highly recommended.

Great massage as always, Jordan was able to focus on the areas causing me issues and I felt a noticeable difference after the massage.

Jordan was friendly and welcoming, I felt at ease and was able to discuss my complex conditions with confidence that he would understand. Jordan was naturally able to find the main points that needed addressing without me having to explain during the process, this is rare! He also taught me some good breathing techniques to help with stretching certain areas of my body. Went in for a full MOT and Gav took a hands on approach and used his wealth of experience and knowledge to get to the root causes of my long term back pain which I felt had been overlooked by other therapists and trainers. He gave me advice on how to strengthen the cause areas as well as tips on how to balance out my training going forward. I left our session feeling rejuvenated, stronger and more confident.
