Had a tight lower back and hamstrings with a race on Sunday I really needed some attention. Clare was great from the word go can’t recommend enough! Now feel well prepped for the weekend. Lovely set up on the outskirts of Exeter. Will definitely be back soon!

This was my 2nd visit to see Clare today, ongoing back problems have plagued me from years of lorry driving, Clare's approach not only helps address the immediate pain, her advice and exercise tips are also helping. Ive also strained my ham strings at the gym tooday, my massage has helped immensely and Clare has given me exercises to "warm" them up properly in the future. It was lovely to meet Clare today, Time was taken to understand what my issues are, how my job and lifestyle have contributed to them and what treatment would be most beneficial. The treatment was great and I could really feel the tension leaving me as I was able to totally relax. Clare spent time with me afterwards going over some exercises that should help strengthen problem areas . I will be returning for more sessions, Thank you Clare

I had my first ever treatment today with Clare and she was fantastic! She was clearly very knowledgeable, friendly and chilled personality, and my back, neck and tops of my arms feel so much freer and lighter following just one session. She also gave me recommendations for exercises to do at home which were really helpful. Thank you Clare :)

I had a fantastic sports massage with Claire today. She was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand the issues I’ve been dealing with. Throughout the session, she treated me with genuine care and attention, which made a huge difference. Claire made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived, and the massage itself was both effective and relaxing. I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I've now been seeing Jack for a regular monthly massage for around 18 months. He is an excellent practitioner of the art and I always leave sessions feeling relaxed, comfortable and with any niggly aches and pains banished. Cannot recommend Jack highly enough.

I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.
