Rosemary is AMAZING! She also did my Pedicure previously and is so, so gentle. I had a bad leg fracture a few years ago and no one has ever been so gentle with me. Today I was so blessed to have her again for my nails. What a beautiful person! She is so detail orientated. I really enjoyed having her so much.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my lashes and nails 😍✨ Amber did such an amazing job on both, and I walked out of each appointment with the biggest smile on my face! Not only is she super talented, but she’s also such good company…friendly, easy to talk to, and she creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You just feel comfortable the whole time. I thoroughly enjoyed my nail appointment. It's professional, yet very comfortable atmosphere. And my nails were done exactly how the image is, so very excellent and good at doing what the clients wants done.

She never disappoints. What I ask for is what I get. Definitely the best nail tech

The service is always lovely at this branch and the staff do a very neat job on gel application. I've had nails done with a few different nail techs and always pleased with the results.

Excellent service. Would definitely recommend anyone to have their nails done at Kelsey’s. I have been doing my nails at Kelsey’s for 4 years and I’m obsessed with every set she does! ❤️❤️

Very relaxing experience and my nails are PERFECT! So much attention to detail.

Pedicure was great, nail technician was great, something i observed though was that the nail technicians kept having to walk around and borrow foot scrub, then cream etc. I am sure each technician should be issued her own products for smooth operations. Unfortunatley seemed to have knicked my one toe and tye cutex smudged. Perhaps spray nail polish dry before customer leaves the salon. Just a tip or two but service received was great.

Service was good ,,HOWEVER,, wen I booked the service I needed - " Soak off gel" the price advertised /shown is R70. But on paying @ till point I was told its R90. I booked " soak of - GEL,,BUT i was told that R70 is for normal nail varnish...my point is that your FRESHA site states & i booked R70 " SOAK OFF GEL" - I know I had GEL on my nails,,so I was confused as I booked correctly as per ur pricelist. Now please advertise appropriately! Was not impressed with this confusion at till point .

Loveness was very friendly and efficient and did a brilliant job with the nail art on my 2 nails. I only realised now when opening this email this morning, that I was overcharged again (the 3rd time of this happening). I was charged R10 for nail art and then another R60 (R30 per nail). No invoice is presented when paying, only a total is stated, so not possible to check at the tillpoint. In future I will ask specifically for a printout as this keep on happening. Also not sure why I get charged R30 per nail for art which is a simple Christmas bow?
