I had an exceptional experience at Ascend Nail Lounge today. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and highly skilled. The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making the whole visit feel luxurious. My nails look amazing, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Rose gives an amazing foot and calves massage when doing a pedicure. After trying out several different salons, I’m sticking with Jenny to do my nails. She always has a smile and encourages me to try colors.

The shop was nearly full of pleasant staff and guests. We were welcomed kindly and after they confirmed our appointment we were directed to select our colors. Annie seated us in standard salon massage chairs, offered beverages and checked water temps before starting on my daughter’s pedi. Tina took care of my feet. I have a toenail that cracked on the edge and was growing inwards. She fixed it and gave me a great pedi. My daughter also got gel extension mani. I didn’t see the gal’s name, but she did a lovely job and my girl is ecstatic. pricing was appropriate. I’ll absolutely go back!

Always love most of my experiences here. However, I would love if Ascend nail salon has air purifier as the nail polish smell can get overwhelming at times when there are a lot of people and we all know too much of the smell can be toxic.

I have forever loved coming to this nail lounge. I live about 20 mins away and am surrounded by nail salons, but I always make the extra effort to come here. Great care, service, and they do a lot to take care of the nails. My only (slight..and I do mean SLIGHT) issue is that there is a difference in quality depending on who does your nails. It a big enough difference to note. That doesn't mean that the work isn't spectacular regardless.

I followed Jenny to her new salon after being a dedicated customer of hers and Johnny’s at Excellent Nails for 7 years and counting. The new space is beautiful, and I’m proud (but not surprised) that business was so good that they had to expand. My nails always look amazing and last for weeks. Jenny is a true artist and her work is impeccable. She is also sweet, kind, and treats her customers with care and respect. I continue to come back regularly despite moving an hour away, she is THAT good. I can’t wait to try some of Jenny’s spa services soon.

I had recently moved to the Seattle area and had been trying for months to find a nail salon that worked for me. I decided to try out Ascend... Best manicure and pedicure EVER. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone was so nice and attentive and they worked on my pedicure and manicure AT THE SAME TIME. My sister and I were out in less than 90 minutes with perfection. I only remember my manicurist's name (Julia) but they were ALL great. Please, please try them out. They were fantastic. They deserve every 5 start review. Definitely my new go-to nail salon.
