William is absolutely the best at what he does. I never leave disappointed and have never had someone make my nails as perfect as he does. It's always a 12/10 when I leave. He is super sweet and professional as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a life-long nail tech!

It was my first time at Omnia Spa at Granite Run. My usual place is closed on Mondays and I had a weeklong trip starting Tuesday. I took a shot and didn’t request anyone when I booked online. I don’t know Lily’s rating, but she was great. She took time with my manicure and I didn’t feel rushed. I prefer to have my nails buffed and not polished and they came out perfect! She’s also great at small talk - definitely needed when a stranger is holding your hand. I highly recommend Lily for a manicure.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Haley is amazing! She goes above and beyond every appointment. She even recommend a different shape for me since my nail beds are so wide, I can honestly say I’ve never loved my nails before meeting Haley at Omnia. Everyone is so helpful and nice!

The spa is extremely clean and tidy. The receptionist was professional and quite knowledgable. Bella did a beautiful job on my gel manicure. She was quick yet thorough. The best part of the service was my pedicure with Quay. Oh my word! She was thorough and my feet look absolutely fantastic. I will be back again!

I normally go to the City Line Ave location but they are closed for renovations. I received the best pedicure I have ever received, Le took her time and made the experience very enjoyable. I showed Angel a picture and explained the idea I wanted with my nails and she did them PERFECTLY! I will absolutely be back.

Best gel manicure I've ever had! I've been to Omnia Spa at Granite Run multiple times and have always been satisfied. However, today's manicure by Vy was picture perfect. Her work is meticulous and neat, which I greatly appreciate. I've never been so happy with how my nails look.
