I recently relocated from Washington, DC and was VERY nervous about trying out a new salon, here, in Harrisburg, PA. To my surprise, I got one of the BEST haircuts I’ve ever had in my 32 years of life. Great! Best haircut and style I’ve had in Harrisburg.

I have been staying in the area with family for a few weeks and needed a haircut. I must say I am beyond thrilled to find Capital Cuts! Nathan listened to what I wanted which was a switch from the classic bob I had and he did an amazing job giving me the shorter layered look I wanted. Nathan is also a great conversationalist and we had a thoughtful chat as well. Without a doubt if I was local, I would be a regular here. Capital Cuts is truly a gem in downtown Harrisburg!
