This was my first experience of Cindy's Nails, and I'll be back! Rachel is meticulous, and she's a lovely person. The entire vibe in the shop is so friendly. All really quite out of the ordinary. And my feet are so happy. :)

Rachel, is an exceptional technician! She was meticulous and skilled while still being gentle. Rachel is very professional and warm. This is my usual nail spot, but today was hectic. I felt so bad that I didn’t arrive early and then I made it worse by having trouble deciding on color, but my tech was patient, calm, and kind. She also did a phenomenal job on my mani-pedi and all the nails look gorgeous. She could have been justifiably annoyed by my indecisiveness or how it cut into her work time, and it would have been totally on me if things were rushed and didn’t look perfect, but she was so sweet and did an amazing job, and it really brightened my whole day. Thank you so much!!

The service is great. Cindy does beautiful nails. The only problem is scheduling. How do i schedule another app't after my current app't? I want to have 2 appt's scheduled at the same time so i can have more choices. Cindy is booked & it's hard to get app'ts when i want them. Do i need to talk to james about this? Thanks, irma

Meg was great. She is very gentle and kind. I felt relaxed the whole time--I really appreciate her attention to detail when doing the nails.

Such a fun atmosphere with lots of joking around and laughing! Rachel is great!!! She provides ideas and suggestions and then is so excited to make your nails look amazing!

Rachel is awesome! This was my first Russian manicure and she did a beautiful job. She took her time and paid attention to all the detail. She is so creative and helped me make my simple nails look nice.
